This web site is designed to introduce you to our store. The products included here are a small sampling of what we find to be the latest, not-widely-distributed, unique, and most useful products for babies and toddlers. We literally have thousands of items in stock in our 7500 square foot (700 square meter) store, ranging from baby care items, baby-proofing items and hardware, car seats and strollers, infant's and toddler's clothing (including hard-to-find preemie clothing), to furniture and toys.

Selection
CITIKIDS has the largest selection of baby goods in the Bay Area. We have the largest selection of strollers and car seats anywhere! We find that you cannot make an intelligent choice unless you can actually see and feel the products you are considering side-by-side. We also carry car seats that are U.S. Federal Aviation Administration approved for use on-board airliners.

Product Knowledge
In addition to helping you make the most informed choice possible, our knowledgeable sales staff can guide you through the proper assembly, installation, and use of all of our products. We will even assemble your purchases right in the store if you so desire.

Service
CITIKIDS emphasizes CUSTOMER SERVICE both before and after the sale. We take as long as you need to thoroughly understand a product, and the choices you are making. Therefore, we chose to not place our sales staff on commission, so that we can provide service tailored to your needs in a personable, low-pressure, atmosphere.

Delivery
We offer shipping options and a delivery service to your door if in store pick-up is not possible. We can ship out of state, and in some cases, out of the country. Delivery service to your door is typically $55 within San Francisco.

Basic Deilvery - Citikids' crontracted delivery sevice will arrange an appointment to deliver up to two large pieces. The furniture can be brought up one flight of stairs withour additional charge if someone is present to assist the delivery person. If desired, the cardboard will be taken away. $55.00 in San Francisco. If over 5 miles, there is an additional $1.00 per mile (per Mapquest), plus any applicable bridge tolls.

Extra pieces charges - for each large piece of furniture, add $10.00 to the above. For deliveries requiring a second person, and no one is present to assist, add $20.00 to above.

Taller buildings - Ground floor or first floor (up or down) deliveries - included in basic cost. For each additional floor above or below the first floor, add $10.00.

Furniture Assembly - Add $50.00 per piece.

Set Up/Assembly
Set up and assembly of furniture such as cribs, gliders, etc. is typically $50. More difficult items can cost up to $75. Please ask sales associates for details.

Car Seat Installations
For car seats purchased at Citikids, a certified car seat technician is available to show you how to put your car seat in. They will also make sure that you have properly installed your seat and help you make the proper adjustments for a snug and safe fit. This is free of charge.

Gift Wrap
We provide complimentary gift wrap for our customers at their convenience.However, there is a gift wrap charge for over-sized items that can vary from $4.50-$10.
